What is an email Bounce?
If an email address is incorrect, or is not able to receive emails, the email mycause sent Bounces, and the donor or participant does not receive the communication from our system.

You need to know when an email Bounces so you can contact your donor or participant and ensure they are receiving vital information related to their donation or fundraising page.
How do you see email Bounces?
There are two times an email might Bounce; when a donor makes a donation, and when a fundraiser joins your event.
Donation Bounces can be found in your Donations & Transactions, and event fundraising Bounces can be found within the relevant event.
